Co-Create
Working together to grow what matters
We collaborate with communities, landowners, educators and organisations to design projects that support regenerative learning and ecological care. Our approach is rooted in listening, shared learning and practical action to design and manifest your project vision.
Whether you are shaping a new idea, managing a space or supporting a group, we can help clarify the next steps. Our focus is on creating locally rooted solutions that reflect the values and needs of those involved. We do this for private projects, or for community, public sector, education sector or business projects.

What co‑creation means to us
For us, co‑creation means shaping the purpose, process and design together with you, to meet your desired objectives and dreams. We bring facilitation, structure and experience, and work alongside you to build something meaningful and lasting.
We pay attention to:
- Process: how decisions are made and relationships are built along the way
- Place and people: what is already happening, what is needed and what is possible
- Patterns: ecological, social and cultural dynamics that influence the work
Our experience
Our team brings together over 20 years of work in permaculture and regenerative design, sustainability education (e.g. in food growing, sustainable construction and design), community engagement and systems thinking. Between us we have backgrounds in environmental planning, innovative sustainability projects, professional / higher / further education, arboriculture, biodynamic farming, garden design, business development and social enterprise, community engagement, wellbeing practice and regenerative design.
We have led permaculture courses in the UK and internationally, developed community projects and social enterprises from the ground up, created gardens and productive landscapes, and supported organisations to embed climate action and resilience. This breadth of experience allows us to bring both professional expertise and lived practice into every collaboration.

- Communities managing land or public space
- Educators embedding systems thinking or nature based learning
- Organisations working on climate action, wellbeing or sustainability (community sector, education sector, public sector and private sector)
