Support
Coaching and mentoring for people and projects
We offer one to one coaching, project mentoring and creation and support for co-coaching groups. The focus is on practical progress and steady growth in confidence. Together we turn intentions into clear next steps that fit your context.
What we offer
- One to one coaching: Focused sessions to clarify goals, build personal resilience and move through blocks
- Project mentoring: Support to design, plan and deliver land based or community projects, with feedback on tools, timelines and roles i.e.fortnightly or monthly calls over an agreed period
- Co-coaching groups: Creating, facilitating and supporting peer groups to learn and practice the basics of co-coaching with shared learning, accountability and encouragement – these can be work-based, community-based or a group of friends with a shared focus on themes such as sustainability, regenerative living or climate action
- Team support: Short facilitation or training blocks for teams that want to embed regenerative practice
Some of the reasons people seek support are explored in our short reflection, Seeds of Self-Doubt, which looks at how uncertainty, pressure and internalised expectations can affect how we act and feel.

Who this is for
Individuals, pairs or teams who are starting or developing projects in permaculture, learning, community care or nature connection. Suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners who want structured support and a sounding board.
How it works
- Start with a discovery call: A free 20 minute conversation to understand your needs and agree a simple plan

- Between sessions: Light check ins, targeted tasks and shared resources to keep momentum
